Purpose

   Seeking a safe and sustainable society is vital for new business leaders in the 21 century. This can be realized through joint social works to overcome various global constraints and imbalance, such as environmental and social concerns.
   In response to this regard, leadership education is now considered as a major discipline seen from changing decision making process and leading technological innovation.

   The Nissan Leadership Program for Innovative Engineers ( Nissan LPIE) is a program that will help engineers build constructive reasoning practice and create future scenarios which will change social trend and business movements through which social values will be maximized.
