Objective |
Seeking
a safe and sustainable society is vital both
for the developing new business in the 21
century and for all of our lives by overcoming
various global constraints, such as environmental
issues and energy concerns.
In this regard, leadership has become a discipline
of increasing significance by changing decision
making process of management and technical
innovation.
The Nissan Leadership Program for Innovative
Engineers (Nissan LPIE) is aimed at developing
leaders who are capable of understanding diversified
social needs and of responding to them by
creating next-generation business models.
These models should integrate highly specialized
and fragmented knowledge
of science and technology.
Increasing innovative and constructive ability
is prerequisite for future leaders in responding
to society's diversified needs and evolving
pluralistic values, so as to realize a good
combination of Humanity and Sustainability.
