The Tokyo Development Learning Center (TDLC), part of the World BankÕs Global Development Learning Network, was inaugurated in June 2004. With state of the art distance learning facilities, the TDLC connects Japan with Asia and beyond to serve the development community at large by facilitating dynamic knowledge sharing activities. In collaboration with the Nissan Leadership Program for Innovative Engineers, the TDLC contributes to expand participantsÕ international network sand deepen their understanding of global issues by organizing international videoconferences.
